Condition
Reservations are accepted only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the stay (bank transfer, money order).
Flat / rooms are available to customers from 16.00 to 20.00 on the day of arrival and must be released no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure.
Upon arrival, the customer must pay a deposit of 100.00 euro, the documents will be required of all persons.
Will be accommodated only the number of persons indicated in the letter of confirmation, the number of people must match the number of beds in the housing (also applies to children from 2 years and above).
People declared at the time of reservation can not be changed without the consent of the owner in case of exceptional reserves the right to accept or not the request to add one or more persons behind the payment of an additional established in the period residence.
The balance will be paid upon arrival at the keys. credit cards accepted - Visa, EC/MC.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the customer must pay the entire sum of the rental period.

Pets are not allowed.

The units are NON SMOKING.
You can not wash cars inside the residence.
The time for silence is from 13.30 to 16.00 hours and from 24.00 to 8.00.
The time of breakfast 7.30 - 11.30, the time of dinner 19.00 - 21.30, meals not consumed are not deducted.
The volume of audio devices - video should be regulated so as not to disturb the neighbors.
At departure, the customer is required to put in order the kitchen must be free of dirty dishes, remains of food, garbage, if it is requested by the client a sum for exceptional cleaning by 20.00 to 40.00 Euro. In the hotel is not include use of kitchen (but is not forbidden), the cleaning of kitchen is charged to the customer
With the entry into the residence was obliged to accept and comply with this regulation. Who did not comply with this regulation the owner is free to terminate the stay without reimbursement.
